Stress is always there for better or worse, the signal to grow in some way, most often it is time to expand the Comfort Zone or for ever be pushed around by stress to shut down or become aggressive without thought, maybe even just start saying

thing that could never happen. Stress is how nature creates change in many ways. It is normal to not like stress but may not be a good to hid.

Stress has always been a part of life, life is in constant flux when we need to develop an unfamiliar skill set stress hits hard. There are

many ways to handle stress and most popular may be to just protect and separate from stress or focus on solving for x, build the skills and move forward with more ways to easily handle a similar situation. How we handle stress creates tomorrow's history for better or worse.

People ask me (care giving for John identified with a head sized pelvic sarcoma and Gary with a Globlastoma Muliforme brain tumor) How am I doing? Am I handling the stress well?

These questions reminds me the first transition with John and Gary

was to build that Comfort Zone, I had not realized how small the Comfort Zone had gotten. It was pushing, but not pushing too hard each day to do what they were able and not beyond. Some days for John and Gary it was just getting out of bed and walking to the bathroom to sit most of the day or to just call to ask a

simple question of a doctor. It wasn't what stressed me that counted it was what stressed John or Gary and helping them climb that "brick wall". It was giving and knowing for the moment they would not be able to give back, only take.

The second thought is always of the days we found out there was a very large Sudden, I had a choice to deal with the stress or leave and pay a very dear price of not learning. After 10 seconds of thought I never looked back and knew I could find a way. I had already studied about 30,000 hours trying to reverse type

one diabetes in Gary which in biochemistry terms very similar to cancer. I really had no choice but to find a way to counteract the stress, create a plan that would be agreeable for John or Gary and be able to take care of myself so Sudden didn't happen to me. I learned and learned and learned to be flexible and cooperative

 to being proactive.

I realized at the point of looking a a scan of John's belly, this was large and not simple, it was the skills I had worked on for 5 years in everyday ordinary life that help stop the stress from taking over my world and John's and Gray's and leaving me in a very dark place.  It gave me hope

that grew into faith to find a way. Even with Doctor's help, I knew No one else would be  laying in bed with John all night and maybe all day. I was on my own for much of this journey. With Sudden there may come brain freeze and a Sudden loss of My John or my brother Gary, it was not just the body that needed to be saved but the personalities included, of connectivity between all.  I just prayed that doctor's would have a better solution and yet in my heart I already knew they didn't have much for John or Gary, a few months or years is not a lifetime.  So far, so good (praying I do enough everyday and they keep on track)

I realized I had expanded my Comfort Zone to just think and not feel the pressure of the situation. After all what made me special I am not a doctor or have a ton of money. I found out no one is special we all have something to learn.

Two years later here we all are doing our best to survive until we can thrive, with Gary and John alive moving forward each day and discovering ways to build their Comfort Zone.  The number

one thing I learned over the last 6 years or really a lifetime is the more I did, the more I learn and the larger my Comfort Zone is and the less stress I feel the more I am able to do.

Maybe the only trick in growing that Comfort Zone is to try and learn and keep on doing until it seems to work and keep on looking to find a better way. No one likes to change for that means leaving the Comfort Zone, keeping all things the same holds us tight to one spot. If we stay

nailed to one spot than our Comfort Zone seems to shrink. If we move in and out of our comfort Zone then in time it has a chance to grow with our skills so more things than not are Stress Free in the fact the stress is still there but there is no feeling the stress just doing. It seems in life and in times of high stress, actions speak louder than words.

Keep looking for the target "fine" so not left behind to find sudden instead. Fine is a moving target part of Nature's design.

It is clear to both Gary (who just had a golf ball sized brain tumor removed) and John still caring the head

sized sarcoma in his abdomen) that it is not being good or bad it is being in line with Nature that counts. Each carry a memory what it

felt like when modern medicine could help only some, each understands the power of nature when the power of the plant is unlocked the feeling of  being alive returns as one cascading event helps correct for solving for x to survive one day until thriving happens.

 Team John created to solve for x. John is John but still s more healing to go. Gary already had an operation that took most of the brain cancer we just need to buy and compound and create.

In November 2013 when John was identified with the head-sized sarcoma cancer, there was not much to hold on to that

day and it only seemed to get worse for a few weeks after. I found faith enough to share with John and find a way to help John heal one day at at time, to discover the secrets of natures bio chemistry and uncover the fact the mind may be the most powerful part of the immune system and it starts with faith.

Uncle Gary was diagnosed with type one diabetes in January 2010 we had made great progress in starting healing, and on July 11, 2015 diagnosed with a golf ball sized Globlastoma Muliforme, a very aggressive brain tumor with no long term solution from modern medicine. More to the story:

Would we have been able to find a Strophic Cascading Healing Solution (SCHS or Shhh solution) without forgiving every doctor, hospital, drug company, insurance company error? 

Most likely we would have created a prison and been stuck in the rigid past instead of moving with flexible to the opportunity to discovery of Shhh solution to keep life going to thrive. 

The likely hood of John surviving any of the limited solutions would have been highly unlikely. The identification of the head size sarcoma healing demands attention with Shhh solutions to

           respond in the here and now giving the greatest opportunity to stay alive to heal to thrive. 

It was no different for Gary when death was at his door knocking with blood sugars at 500 and 2.5 litters trapped in his bladder and un-diagnosed type one diabetic. .The next Sudden would have been death almost for sure in 2010. There was a Need way before with blame, anger, pity or sympathy instead of empathy to carry us all forward to a Shhh solution. 

Truth of the matter the only thing that matters about the past is to learn how to improve to fit into the design of nature. To create the door of opportunity to open and find a way to walk through. It doesn't matter how hard or how tired or how unfair. It is not about money or technology, for those are tools only. It is only about fining a way that works within the bounds of nature. Nature does what she does just like all tools do. The saw will cut wood or a hand is the thought every time a saw is held in a hand and there are better odds all will turn out in our favor and the worlds.
