We are the solution
for a cancer free For years we have been told stress is bad, today's stress is different, Stress will kill. All very true maybe most often only if you believe them to be true. In everyone's life there is stress everyday for the millennium it was about food and shelter and today it may come down to just making money a solution. No matter the reason, stress may
be like a river sometimes we are in the rapids and sometimes in the calm and everyday the river changes will the river help or harm? Just like the river there is potential for stress to harm or help. And just like the learning to swim at first we may feel like we are drowning and then Suddenly we are able to just swim.
Maybe stress management is the key, where we learn to use stress to our advantage to grow stronger than the stress by changing our thoughts of what is possible. Without the resistance of water against we would have nothing to work with and just like in space by having the ability to float we loose our ability to have the same amount of strength back on Earth. It takes a push to push against to find a a way. Without Cancer taking and type One Diabetes controlling the idea of finding solutions would have been way too much work.
Stress may be the number one reason we act in reaction or we learn to become better then the stress to find a solution untimely making us "stronger" than stress. Leaving us with a new found ability of a solution not bothered by stress and life begins to thrive.

Stress good guy or bad guy or a little bit of both?
Crossing the road their was suddenly a car 5 feet away from the door there was no time to avoid the impact shoving the door in by 18 inches and moving the car in a new direction. Maybe the only thing that matters at this point, is flexibility in the bodies ability to react and the mind's ability to create. All pushed by stress to survive the unthinking able by activating every possible defense within it's power between brain, body and soul.
If stress isn't the Bad Boy we have been taught to believe it is. That Stress is some how different today and we can never escape are we just trapped? Are we just giving it more control over our lives than necessary helping to create desperate people
who become angry, fearful just waiting
to die or ready to punch something or someone out, looking for the drug to deal with the monster being created within our own mind, instead of just having a conversation to a solution?
Maybe stress creates the reason why we take before we are able to give and depending on what we take is what we will be a
part of what we give back. Creating a trap some may never find a way out while others understanding they fill the need, feel the need and want for nothing maybe even having a high tolerance to stress.
Stress has always been a part of our lives from the moment we are born and through out history. Maybe in history there was
much better ways to find a way the path not quite as full of obstetrical. To do or die may have always been and always will be part of the solution.
The world does not seem so black and white as good and bad, all may be just tools and understanding how they work for or against to create bridges or walls. Stress seems no different, think there is no way out and a way may be lost forever, understand there may
be a solution and the best way may unfold right before your eyes.
In the description of the accident above I remember that day well, I survived for many small reasons, at the moment of impact I wasn't sure until 3 minutes had passed and I could breath, barely move and I knew I was not bleeding
out eternally. I called John and he came to help with all the details and soon I found only one idea what to do now. The choice was now mine I could let stress take over or just find a way. There was no coverage for physical therapy that left me on my own. I sat in the car and with no thought of stress of bills or life I narrowed it down to I have to learn to walk again to be normal.
The first steps were like being 210 years old I made it into the house and from that moment on found a way back to normal. Today almost 10 years later it is like I never had the accident at all. The best of all the knowledge, that I just did, no matter the
stress or the understanding I could for sure build a thought pattern stress was not there to harm, it was there to help. I carried the knowledge this would not be the last time stress would save me, create a reason why to move.
The words "...Go home and enjoy the holiday's", "...most likely we will be taking the badder, rectum and part of the colon and then figure out the treatment", the sight of the scale showing 148 pounds, the full plate of food left on the
table with the words following "I ate so much" and the look on all the doctor's, friends and family's faces and the stress of death in the voices with the thought how will John survive a mass the size of a head deep within? It was all of the days in our lives that prepare or keep us waiting to deal with the next Sudden in life. The day stress becomes our worst enemy making us hid or our best friend giving us the reason why to become better then it, stronger than it to create a new way with a real world solution.
Life that thrives just finds a way, no matter how much stress to over come if we can not survive the day we will never be able to
thrive. Stress is never gone we just make it white noise when we find a solution. Just as gravity is never gone it is only if we are strong that gravity is of great use to us.
Be thankful for Stress, without it we may just become to week to live each day. In the end maybe stress is just another tool. Stress is one of the
most powerful reasons to find a way or wait to die all may be depending on a persons view of it will kill me or make me stronger. Stress may stop or create a conversation, one large tool to
mastery of stress that may creates a proactive solution rather than only flight, fight or freeze. We master Stress or Stress will master us it is up to us too......

In November 2013 when John was identified with the head-sized sarcoma cancer, there was not much to hold on to that

More to the story:
Would we have been able to find a Strophic Cascading Healing Solution (SCHS or Shhh solution) without forgiving every doctor, hospital, drug company, insurance company error?
Most likely we would have created a prison and been stuck in the rigid past instead of moving with flexible to the opportunity to discovery of Shhh solution to keep life going to thrive.
The likely hood of John surviving any of the limited solutions would have been highly unlikely. The identification of the head size sarcoma healing demands attention with Shhh solutions to
respond in the here and now giving the greatest opportunity to stay alive to heal to thrive.

It was no different for Gary when death was at his door knocking with blood sugars at 500 and 2.5 litters trapped in his bladder and un-diagnosed type one diabetic. .The next Sudden would have been death almost for sure in 2010. There was a Need way before with blame, anger, pity or sympathy instead of empathy to carry us all forward to a Shhh solution.
Truth of the matter the only thing that matters about the past is to learn how to improve to fit into the design of nature. To create the door of opportunity to open and find a way to walk through. It doesn't matter how hard or how tired or how unfair. It is not about money or technology, for those are tools only. It is only about fining a way that works within the bounds of nature. Nature does what she does just like all tools do. The saw will cut wood or a hand is the thought every time a saw is held in a hand and there are better odds all will turn out in our favor and the worlds.
