"Popular antibiotic for 40 million patients:
Fatal heart attack anyone?"

What's your alternative to using an antibiotic that will work as well or better?
If there is no thought that anything works better than an antibiotic, think again and keep looking. Making better choices every day helps keep the doctor away. Until then keep this in mind...
If there is no thought that anything works better than an antibiotic, think again and keep looking. Making better choices every day helps keep the doctor away. Until then keep this in mind...
My Story:
Almost the first question out of most doctor’s I have seen was do you want an antibiotic to help with… There are no other options, no other suggestions. I was happy to take them and feel better in a few days. It was always a hassle to take an antibiotic four times or 2 times a day for 10 days. Then they came out with a new better antibiotic, the Z-Pack or Zithromax. It was like a dream come true only once a day for 5 days, no refrigeration, just take it before you leave home in the morning. What could be better?
Today, my questions and expectations of what a doctor is offering me is questioning to make sure it is the best course of action. I ask what are the risks and are there any more options that you know about. After all I am protecting myself or my family from being put at higher risk than they should be and finding something that will work the best not something that just works fast.
Finding antibiotics aren’t the miracle cure without consequences for me is hardly surprising. Now there are new concerns about an antibiotic that may kill a person rather than cure them.
Common antibiotic give some fatal heart attacks:
A study (1) reviled a new risk with the antibiotic Zithromax, the 5 day antibiotic regiment from Pfizer will carry a new warning added by the FDA that Zithromax used in treatment of bronchitis, pneumonia and other infections can cause a deadly heart rhythms in some people. Those considered at highest risk are patients with irregular heartbeats or low levels of potassium or magnesium in their blood. More than 40 million patients in the U.S. received a prescription for Zithromax in 2011, according to the FDA
Antibiotics may hurt human cell’s DNA:
I wrote in a previous article (2) that tells there are 258 million prescriptions of antibiotics per year in the Untied States, almost one per person with the population around 309 million. Over use of antibiotics may be dangerous harming human cells DNA, proteins and lipids after only 6 hours of use.
Final words:
We can not longer go blindly down a path that is a quick answer to every problem. Knowing our risk is key in helping ourselves asses if it is worth it. Clearly if you are the one who dies from taking Zithromax the 5 day antibiotic regiment from Pfizer it would not be worth the risk. If a doctor knew you would be the one they would not give it too you so all anyone can do is look at the risk and judge for themselves if it is worth it. If there are other options available that take a little more time to work, wouldn’t that be a better choice?
Looking at the whole picture always helps me make a better choice. Be more proactive we can all become just a little bit better and the more likely the negative results in life can be avoided. Stand up tall with an upright posture and be proactive. The solution helps to keep moving the best direction is to step onto the path of True Health. Discover a new world. Help yourself, help the world, step on to the Path of True Health and vote with your dollars company you want to support to create a world you will love to live in. I do, and I like the world I am helping to create. Together we can create a better life for all to remember over their entire lifetime Together we can protect what we have so we don’t need to live in a world that is second rate.
