Making the dash in life better, can we wipe out cancer?

Good morning John! I reached over and felt the tumor with the palm of my hand. Oh My. It feels less. The next scan is in a couple of weeks. I always have a good educated guess and  love to see the photos and hope that there is more of John and less of the tumor.

Even though the last few weeks have been a roller coaster ride of waiting and watching changes happen the end result takes time to show up.  With this identification last year of John's tumor as a cancerous, very fibrous sarcoma it takes extra time to heal back to normal. I keep hoping and praying John and I plus Team John will walk out of the woods into the sunlight hand in hand. All of this is only possible with consistency, flexibility, good science,  faith and funds. We have the a way and work to create funds each day to created what is needed to finish healing John.

After dealing with the tumor for over a year John,. Team JOHN and I have come to realize in life it is that little dash that is all important between birth and death. Everyone that is born will one day die and we wondered if we could help create a better dash in life with a world without cancer. Of course the reality is their will always be cancer cells the only question is helping the body to eliminate all abnormal cells creating an autopilot of health so a person will never be aware of issues with support the body keeps only the healthy and eliminates the rest of the cells. .

In team John's efforts we have made this a goal for John to find a way so far we are on task. With John's full healing it would give others hope to find their way and a possible road map we create. A direction to travel without the numerous trail and errors and thousands of hours of research necessary. If there is a world of no growing cancer it opens the door to funds and energy spent on building instead of Just maintaining life. It seems so many end up surviving and never get to or get back to thriving. Even while John is healing and there are the ups and downs I am always amazed at how many times I see him smile. How many hugs he receives  from his daughters and how many they are able to give. As John and I fall asleep at night I he holds my hand and the bond for life is clearly there. It seems as John's body is surviving, John is clearly thriving in life.

With everyday of healing John's voice and Team John's voice reaches out to many being heard over the white notice of life. Everyday Team John stops to have conversations. Last week while looking for John's lost cat, there  was one women who told of having a cancer that they operated and removed most of it. In the last 3 years all had been going well until recently when switch to a new drug. She was now loosing her battle with cancer and thinking she was old and not needed by her family. It was clear she was loosing all hope of life. There seemed to be no other options for her except what hope does to keep a door open for life.

This lovely grandmother and mom had not been very proactive in the last few years when the opportunity for change was greatest and said  "What can I do, I keep asking and they have no answers." As we spoke I saw a difference in her stance, in her clear eyes that brighten up, I saw hope arrive. She may not live in the long run, time will tell, we hope she lives her full life with a great luster for life. We know for that moment she felt better able to take more to find a way.

As this woman's daughter walked up the woman introduced her and each asked question of what our experience was and what options we had found. With the new found knowledge of John's story a discovery that he was on no prescription drugs except in an emergency and mostly remains pain free even at the worst of this journey, this family now had the first tools hope and the possibility of controlling pain and a list of questions to move forward to find real world answers.

In the real world it seem the starting place for anyone to heal is hope with a plan of action. Throw in some faith and good science and let the "magic' keep the door of opportunity just a bit longer to find a way.

Supporting John helps to bring the dream true for all of us. We strongly believe it is possible to wipe out cancer!
