My Story:
It was a fact I was feeling like I was going to have a heart attack. Chest pains and all. My blood work and body showed all the signs I was at high risk of  having a heart attack or heart disease. It was most likely going to be sooner than later if I didn’t change. The truth was my body told me longer before the doctors, the signs were there, I just didn‘t understand.

New ideas:

Recently the American Heart Association added some more tools that may help prevent heart attacks and heart disease. The telltale visible signs of aging may predict a heart attack or heart disease. It should be noted that if you have them or not they are only an indication and there could be other signs or test that could indicate risk.  Taking this signs seriously may help to avoid a major heart issue. The study examined data on  over 10,000 people over 40 with just under half women, the study found on the American Heart Associations web page (1)  presented these ideas that seem to indicate a problem happening.

~ Visible signs of aging may predict your risk of heart disease.

~ Receding hairline or baldness

~ Earlobe with a  crease(s) possibly vertical

~ Yellow fatty deposits on the eyelids

No relationship to chronological age to heart problems was found. However, 3 out of 4 of these signs gave an insight to the telltale visible sign there is trouble happening and gives and increased chance of having a heart attack by a full 57% or almost 40% of having heart disease.

Part of the study used nurses to track quantity of gray hair, pattern of baldness, eyelid deposits, distinction of wrinkles and earlobe crease. The highest risk were the sign of eyelid deposits for heart attack or heart disease.

Final words:

Be proactive in life it prevent heart disease or a heart attack.  I am happy to report I avoided my heart attack and push down the ugly head of heart disease.

Help with your world and step on to the Path of True Health and vote with your dollars to create a world you will love to live in.
