“Happy Valentine’s Day, honey take your little blue pill.” ~ Cynthia G. Creel
It’s tradition in many places in the world to give a card for Valentines day and some extra loving. It is easy to buy or create a card. However it is not as easy to create the extra loving on demand if the body isn't willing. No “loving” will happen, not without a little blue pill like Viagra or other drug of choice forcing the body to operate. A great emergency measure, unless you consider: Are you getting what you paid for or understanding what the symptom of lack of ability to perform vs. fixing the underlying causes to perform on demand.
With the high demand of Viagra and the increased desire to pay less there is a risk that what you are buying is not what you are getting. According to Author Roger Bate reporting on CBS news
it is easy to unknowingly purchase counterfeited medications on the web and men want the Viagra, not the counterfeit drugs which can be made up of chalk, sugar, acetaminophen with a blue dye to create a look alike of the real brand drug. Some may also be super potent or have heavy metal with part of the contaminated pills coming from china. It helps to find reputable dealers to increase the odds of getting the real Viagra or drug of choice. There is never zero risk just better odds of getting what you paid for by ordering from a reputable supplier. (1)
It is a concern when not being able to perform or enjoy sex naturally because of erectile dysfunction (ED) which is considered a sign of Heart disease according to a Cohort Study there is an increased risk of cardiovascular disease with the chance of death increasing with the severity of the ED and not a risk factor that causes cardiovascular disease. (7)
With the creation of a drug that promises performance it is no wonder sales are high with retail sales of drugs in the United States from 1990 with 40 .3 Billion to 2009 with $249 .9 Billion according to the U.S. Census Bureau, Statistical Abstract of the United States: Drug Expenditures by Source of Funds: 1990 to 2009. (5) This would include the sale of Viagra being “Between 2006 and 2009, U.S. sales of Viagra as reported by Pfizer to the S.E.C. increased from $796 million to $962 million, a 21% increase.” according to Forbes (6) With a drop in sales and an increase in price 50% of global returns since 1990 and 145% growth in the United States sales which means the Pfizer making more from each sale counteracting a decrease in sales.(6) One would have to question if the generic drug and the counterfeiting of the drug affect the decrease in sales and increase in cost bring in more profit for Pfizer.
The truth of the matter is a person who is paying for the brand name is paying more for a higher quality and the person who is trying to obtain brand name drug on line runs a higher risk of a counterfeit drug that potentially can do nothing or cause more health risks.
There has to be a better option then paying for a little blue pill or a generic that would help decrease spending on a drug and increase the body’s ability to perform. The most logical option is to work on getting on to the path of True Health. According to Harvard Health Publications “many men can ease, or even reverse, ED by making simple lifestyle changes — such as losing excess weight and quitting smoking….” (9) Consider a little blue pill as an emergency measure that could hold risk for the user and step on to the path of True Health. It just might eliminate ED and in the process strengthen your cardiovascular system enough to eliminate the higher risk of a heart attack. “Sex on demand” with the willing love of your life that is created naturally with just a thought and a glance to feel young again, no other artificial means necessary is the way the body is designed to operate. Be proactive finding ways to help your body become what it should be. You might be surprised where the path of True Health leads.
