“Red hot, too hot to handle, I want my life back.” ~ Cynthia G. Creel
“The package came in the mail, she ran to the door and it picked up. In an instant she was standing in front of me gaining her strength of body and mind by the 4 inches she had grown from the new high heals she donned on her feet.
They were fashionable and made her look hot, hot, hot, feel good about herself and gave her the feeling of power, something that is needed by all especially those small in stature. These were just a fast way to obtain the feeling. How long would it work some for a while. Strength does come from things for long but long acting strength come from within.
However there is a life long acting effect that could occur from a very physical effect of arthritis possibly caused by wearing high heals over 2 inches. According to CBS This morning with Dr. Holly Phillips reporting (1) arthritis affects 50 million America becoming the leading cause of disability. No, cracking knuckles doesn't cause arthritis, just might cause joint damage or weaken the strength of the grip of the hand. Yes, pressure on the foot from high heels may cause the arthritis to form over time with continued use. With the top cause coming from the excess weight we carry around with us ever day, 24/7. For every extra pound there is an added weight of 4 pounds of pressure on the knees helping to stress the joins and leading many times to a denigration of the knees and other joints. Arthritis is a fire waiting to be quenched.
So why do some have arthritis and others don’t? There are many underlying factors that cause the body to malfunction. There are many factors that increase the body’s ability to function and remain unaffected or less affected by a malfunction like arthritis.
Many are seen by a doctor and many take prescription or over the counter drugs to deal with the affects. Do these help? Yes they take the pain away, yet not much for the underlying causes. If someone is taking a drug then the other side effect from the drugs the body doesn't use end up in our water system for anyone to drink from adults to new born babies. (2)
So what will help. Do what makes sense, see the doctor, take what you need to help yourself under that doctor’s care. Don’t stop there keep going find out what will help your body to operate by being on the path of True Health all the time keeping your medical professional advised of your actions. Become proactive with a higher functioning brain.
There are people who are painfully affected by this degrading malfunction of the body, yet can minimize or eliminate the symptoms entirely. After all, when you come right down to it, Arthritis is just another sign the body is crying out for help that what is happening needs attention now to change the outcome.
What most do is just cover up the symptom with prescriptions. Never becoming proactive to find the root cause. Just the statues quo many times evolving great amounts of pain, without much relief and many unwanted side effects to deal with.
The words no one should have to hear themselves say or be told by anyone is “My hands hurt, I think I have arthritis.” In a perfect world we would all be on the path of True Health limiting the effects of the world around us, so we can deal not with the fires of life constantly, but become who we should be. To think and act on what help yourself and help others to all move forward together creating a better world to live in.
