“75% of the health care dollars goes to caring for the chronically ill.
Will the US bounce back or
be sucked into a black hole of health expenses?"

My Story:
Not a disease from a germ or virus had almost taken my life. Chronic illness became a part of my life I didn't even realize until after I escaped the constant feeling. It was expensive and time consuming. Now I realize how much pain I had actually was dealing with and lost time, energy and money. I am happy to say I moved beyond that old life.
Medicare lasting 2 years longer then expected:
The United States has Medicare helping to pay for older Americans health care according to CBS news. (1) One factor is the new health care system is expected to help to decrease the cost of health care giving Medical a little more time to be around without change. No matter what the cause as of this moment the system is going to be bankrupt from our extraordinary spending on the unhealthy and chronically ill. The only way to extent the life of the program seems to be to increase the budget, cutting the cost of health care or people, especially older adults becoming more healthy requiring less medications and medical care.
Aging Society in the United States expected to be 71 million by 2030:
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports with large increase in an aging population of 71 million in the United States by 2030 the nation’s public health system will have greater demands may be managed by many factors including older adults staying healthy.
Everyone deserves to be healthy:
The CDC (2) reports that about 80% of older adults have one chronic condition. There are about 50% with two chronic illness. Influenza and pneumococcal diseases and other infections disease also take there toll. As a nation the Untied States pays out 75% of the health care dollars goes to caring for the chronically ill.
Prescription drugs and chronic illness increasing:
The numbers for prescription drugs have increased reports the CDC. (3) The prescription drug use in 2008 there were 1 in 5 children and 9 out of 10 older adults reported on at least taking one prescription drug in the last month. Prescription drugs cost 234.1 billion which was more than double from 1999 in the United States. Has our heath problems been solved or are we just paying large amounts of money to feel kind of good?
Final words:
If I had not changed I would have been one of the 80% of older adults chronically ill and one of many taking a prescription drug or drugs costing over 200 billion in the Untied States. (Always consult a medical professional before any changes are made especially if considering changing the intake of a prescription drug.)
One of the best solutions I can fine is for the aging population to step on to the True Path of health. It is likely that he cost of care for the increasing aged population may be stabilized and decreased over time.
All of this would leave money in pockets of millions that could be spent in many other ways.
Be more proactive we can all become just a little bit better and the more likely the negative results in life can be avoided. Stand up tall with an upright posture and be proactive. The solution helps to keep moving the best direction is to step onto the path of True Health. Discover a new world. Help yourself, help the world, step on to the Path of True Health and vote with your dollars company you want to support to create a world you will love to live in. I do, and I like the world I am helping to create. Together we can create a better life for all to remember over their entire lifetime Together we can protect what we have so we don’t need to live in a world that is second rate.
