"If we don’t buy it they won’t make it:
Dunkin’ Donuts glazed egg sandwich"
~ Cynthia G. Creel

My Story:
I reached into the freezer and pick out a toaster strudel popped it into the toaster and waited the 3 minutes slathered on the icing and ate it for my breakfast. It is easy to see why now I gained an extra 40 pounds and eventually felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I did change and so did my world.
Should there be a New glazed donut sandwich?
There will always be that extra fat, extra sweet treat most will grab for a quick meal as long as we pay for one. I knew my toaster strudel wasn’t healthy and that didn’t stop me. So if we can’t help ourselves is it the responsibility of business to help us?
There is a new sandwich on the block that is so similar to my toaster strudels. The company will make large profits.
Hot and ready to eat:
The new Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast sandwich made with a glazed donut, fired egg and bacon happens to have only 30 more calories than a “healthy” choice on the menu according to CBS news show This Morning(1).
The Dunkin’ Donuts tells on their own website (2) “Dunkin’ Donuts is driven by our customers and their wants and needs.” The company also offers Waffle Breakfast Sandwich and Sausage Pancake Bites. The company states “We want to help guests discover their love of combining sweet and savory”
Final words Vote with your money:
Are companies going to far? It is looking like the company profit is the only goal creating what many can not resist. This may not be surprising to many and ok to some. However it is up to us to decide what we really want. If we want to eat anything and everything they will create it for us. If we want control over what they create then vote with your money and send them a clear message not to sell a breakfast item that seems to be more like a dessert. If enough people don’t buy the company won’t make it then for those who can’t resist it won’t be an option as long as there enough that can resist.
Be more proactive we can all become just a little bit better and the more likely the negative results in life can be avoided. Stand up tall with an upright posture and be proactive. The solution helps to keep moving the best direction is to step onto the path of True Health. Discover a new world. Help yourself, help the world, step on to the Path of True Health and vote with your dollars company you want to support to create a world you will love to live in. I do, and I like the world I am helping to create. Together we can create a better life for all to remember over their entire lifetime Together we can protect what we have so we don’t need to live in a world that is second rate.
