My Story:

Congratulations to all the graduates this spring! Congratulations to my daughter for her 1st college degree. Vitamin D played an essential role in her abilities to grasp concepts and move forward. No person should be below normal levels of vitamin D to be able to help perform at their best.

Study on Vitamin D and Autoimmune diseases:

Today we are often attacked by our own body rather than a virus or bacteria.  According to a study (1) autoimmune diseases are the third leading cause of death in the modern world with only cancer and heart disease at greater levels. In animal models vitamin D helps with arthritis, type 1 diabetes mellitus, inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune thyroiditis and systemic lupus erythematosus. There is some evidence of decreasing the risk of future multiple sclerosis.

Final Words.
Vitamin D test should be standard, if they are not ask your medical professional for a test to find out your vitamin D levels. There is no way of knowing for sure what your vitamin D  number is unless you are tested. Be proactive.

The solution  helps to keep moving the best direction is to step onto the path of True Health.  Discover a new world. Help yourself, help the world, step on to the Path of True Health and vote with your dollars which turkey supplier you want to support to create a world you will love to live in. I do, and I like the world I am helping to create. Together we can create a better life for all to remember over their entire lifetime  Together we can protect what we have so we don’t need to live in a world that is second rate.
